Vern was our driver and was very considerate. The staff he had was large enough for our move, not sure all of them took extra time to carefully pack, with multiple broken items. We found items in boxes we would not expect to be there, took alot of extra time to find things. Need to review this with packers. We had a rough move with delay after delay on our end. Vern insisted in staying with our load and I appreciate that and followed it thru to the end. Great Guy. I would recommend that they give owners enough time to write down valuable items. I didnt have enough time to think about this being pulled in 3 different directions was overwhelming. This should have been done a week earlier.
Relocation for Retirement Community
Our retirement community and many of the people who move here have used Blackhawk Moving and Storage. I can tell you that the moves go smoothly, the staff is courteous, helpful and very flexible. The responses from the individuals utilizing their services is always very positive. The comment I hear most often is that Backhawk treats every person and their move as if their satisfaction and property is priority number 1. I always recommend the folks at Blackhawk and will continune to do so.
